OMG, yes. Time alone used to be possible. Not now with several cats that can open doors. We don’t have locks on the bathroom doors. I am afraid my husband, sliding slowly into dementia, might lock himself in and I don’t want to deal with that. As it is now, he is always intruding with a question or to show our Macaw where I am. The best opportunity for being alone is when he is napping or asleep for the night.
