I used to use foil shaped into a bowl. I added a little oil or butter to the fish, sprinkled whatever seasonings I liked on it. Added cut up raw veggies, and finally poured a little white wine on top and closed up into a packet. Baking was usually about 15 minutes or so. No mess to clean up.
My cooking is all in the distant past as my husband has developed a passion for being our meal and dessert provider.
