I dislike our insistence to survey every interaction we have with any organization, no matter how minor our involvement was with each other.

Who reads these surveys? Does negative feedback or accolades reach the person(s) involved?

I visited my vet this morning with a sick cat. My vet will do whatever possible to restore my girl’s health. I trust her and value her but I am not going to fill out the standard form I know will pop up in my email shortly.
