I am depressed by the stupidity of humans. I love the noisy crows. They are intelligence creatures, devoted to their family members. I don’t think we can say the same of many members of the human family.

Some states have banned lawns. Not mine. Some states are requiring natural plantings, plants or ground cover that is drought resistant. A house down the road has converted their front lawn to shrubs, small trees, and flowers. Our yard is more areas of small gardens (shrubs and plants). The lawn area is whatever nature wants to grow there, and it is not lawn grass.
