In the case of my vet, the fact that I am a long-standing client in an area where I do have other choices does indicate pleasure in doing business with them. With six cats, I find the surveys tiresome. I have filled out several surveys over the years praising everyone as well as written emails thanking my vet and entire staff for their kindness and compassion.
