Both of my nieces want to move. One is retiring and dreams of relocating from VA to her NE birth place. The other has outgrown her current home. The problem? If they both had a million (haha) to spend, their new house would become a reality. Zillow has our small cape estimated at much, much more than we paid for it some 20 years ago. Crazy.
